Substance and Oak Consultancy have won Sport England's Sports Match contract. Sports Match is a funding programme managed by Sports England which supports the development of grassroots sport. Substance and Oaks Consultancy will undertake qualitative and quantitative monitoring and evaluation to measure the impact of funding to date and share models of best practice across the programme.
