Substance's Plings project recently featured in SOCITM news as an example of how ICT is being deployed and how the internet and other channels are being used to gather management information to support service planning.

Of Plings, the editor said:  "We face the localization agenda and more pressure to communicate and consult locally and this case study (about Plings) shows how the youth service users have taken it up".
