Substance announced as Realising Ambition Consortium member

The Big Lottery Fund (BIG) has today appointed a consortia as its preferred UK partner to lead the Fund’s UK-wide Realising Ambition programme which will focus on support for young people at risk of offending.

The consortia is led by Catch 22 and includes the Young Foundation, Dartington Social Research Unit, Rathbone, and Substance, to deliver the £25million Realising Ambition programme.
