Bobby joined Substance in October 2006 as Office Manager. Through his previous experience in solving system problems and customer relations he soon became the first point of contact for all projects/programmes using the Substance Project Reporting System (SPRS). His position was then quickly changed to Business Support Manager where his principle responsibilities were centred around responding to client queries and system changes whilst also managing the company’s finances. It soon became apparent that his financial expertise and knowledge of accounting systems could be put to better use if he were to focus exclusively on the financial side of the company. Now, in his new role as Finance Manager, Bobby is responsible for maintaining the company’s accounting systems and works closely with the Board to provide detailed and accurate financial statements and reports.
