The research focused on four of the flagship S4S projects, which were all associated with major football clubs at Middlesbrough, Blackburn Rovers, Tottenham Hotspur and West Bromwich Albion.
Using a mix of qualitative, observational and mapping research, Substance delivered a detailed Final Report on the sites in August 2007.
